Your VIP Membership trial
Eligible purchases from our store include a free 7-day Orelune VIP Membership trial. VIP Membership gives you access to exclusive member discounts on Orelune products.
The VIP Membership terms, including the trial length, recurring price and billing frequency, are disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase. By completing your purchase after reviewing those terms, you agree to enrol in the trial and to the recurring membership charges described below unless you cancel.
Recurring charges
The 7-day trial is free. If you do not cancel during the trial, your VIP Membership begins when the trial ends. Your authorised payment method is then charged USD $39.99, and every 28 days after that, until you cancel.
This is a 28-day billing cycle, not a calendar-month subscription.
Minimum commitment and cancellation fees: There is no minimum membership term and no cancellation fee. You may cancel your membership at any time.
What VIP Membership includes
VIP Membership is a digital membership. It gives you access to exclusive member discounts on Orelune products while your membership remains active.
VIP Membership does not include product shipments. Membership charges do not create product orders, and any products you buy using member discounts are separate purchases at the discounted price shown at checkout. Any conditions that apply to a member discount will be disclosed with that offer.
How to cancel
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time through our Membership Cancellation Portal: https://theorelune.shop/a/subscriptions/login
You may also request cancellation by emailing info@theorelune.shop. Include the email address you used for your purchase and your order number, where available, so we can find your membership.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends or before your next billing date. You do not need to telephone us or accept another offer to cancel. You can also pause your membership online or by email.
Cancellation takes effect when you complete it through the portal or when we receive your cancellation email. We will stop all future membership charges from that point.
We will send confirmation of your cancellation. A delay in sending that confirmation does not postpone the effective cancellation time. Any membership charge taken in error after your cancellation takes effect will be refunded in full.
Charges already processed and refunds
Cancelling your VIP Membership stops future charges. It does not automatically refund a membership charge processed before your cancellation took effect. To request a refund of a membership charge, contact info@theorelune.shop.
Returns and refunds for product orders are handled under our Refund Policy: https://theorelune.shop/policies/refund-policy, subject to your applicable consumer rights.
Cancelling your membership does not remove any right you may have to a refund or other remedy for an unauthorised charge, non-delivery, faulty goods or another matter protected by law.
Membership information and changes
After you enrol, we will send confirmation of your VIP Membership. It will include the trial end date, the recurring price, the billing frequency and how to cancel.
We will notify you in advance of any proposed material change to your recurring price, billing frequency, membership benefits or cancellation terms. You will have an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect, and we will obtain fresh consent where required.
Publishing an updated policy does not, by itself, authorise additional charges or enrol a customer in a membership. A cancelled membership will not be reactivated without your authorisation.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable consumer law gives you greater cancellation, refund or other rights, those rights continue to apply.
