Terms of service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 24 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 24.

Overview

Welcome to Orelune. Orelune is a trade name (“Orelune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Orelune operates the website https://theorelune.shop/ and all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Orelune is powered by Shopify Inc., Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd., or Shopify International Limited, depending on where Orelune is located, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Legal Notice, and any other policies referenced here (together, these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and how disputes are resolved.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services. These Terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws or any other non-waivable statutory rights.

1. Eligibility, Access, and Account

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence if that is higher, to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you allow a minor dependent to use the Services on a device you own or manage, you are responsible for their use.

1.2 To use the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

1.3 You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else. Notify us immediately at info@theorelune.shop if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Our Products

2.1 Cosmetic use only. Orelune products are cosmetic oral care products intended for general personal care use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Statements on the Services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Product information is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, and products are not a substitute for regular brushing, flossing, and professional dental care.

2.2 Use as directed. You agree to read all labels, ingredient lists, warnings, and directions before use, and to use products only as directed. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, have sensitive teeth or gums, have dental work, have known sensitivities to any listed ingredient, or are under the care of a dental or medical professional, consult them before use. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients for any personal sensitivities.

2.3 Results vary. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Reviews, testimonials, and before-and-after content reflect individual experiences, and images may be illustrative.

2.4 Product representation. We make reasonable efforts to depict products accurately. However, colors, packaging, and appearance may differ due to your device settings, packaging updates, or batch variation. Formulations and packaging may change without notice; always refer to the label on the product you receive.

2.5 Availability. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders

3.1 When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

3.2 Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, which occurs when we ship the order or send a shipping confirmation. An order confirmation email confirms receipt only, not acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, subject to applicable law, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or high-risk transactions, resale activity, pricing or product errors, inventory limitations, or address and verification issues. If we cancel an order after payment is collected, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.

3.3 Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which does not limit your rights under applicable law.

3.4 You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe are placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors.

4. Prices, Payment, and Billing

4.1 Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout; your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.2 You represent and warrant that (a) you are the authorized holder of, or are authorized to use, the payment method you provide; (b) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (c) charges you incur will be honored by your payment provider; and (d) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

4.3 You agree to keep your account, email, and payment information current so we can complete transactions and contact you.

4.4 Fraud prevention. We and our payment processors use fraud screening tools. We may request additional verification, delay processing, or cancel orders that fail verification. We may report suspected fraud to payment processors, card networks, and law enforcement.

5. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Offers

5.1 Promotions may be subject to separate terms. If promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms govern for that promotion.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are limited to one per order, may not be combined with other offers, have no cash value, cannot be applied to previous orders, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders or reverse discounts obtained through misuse, including use of multiple accounts, codes obtained through unauthorized channels, or codes intended for other customers.

5.3 Free gifts or bonus items included with an order may need to be returned, or their value deducted from any refund, if the qualifying order is returned.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier, unless applicable law provides that risk passes on delivery to you, in which case that law applies.

6.3 You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for any import duties, taxes, and fees not collected at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the products you order may lawfully be imported into your country.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

7.1 If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at info@theorelune.shop before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster directly, and nothing in this section limits your right to dispute a charge under applicable law.

7.2 If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide your order details, communications with us, delivery confirmation, tracking information, IP and device information, and these Terms to your payment provider to respond to the dispute.

7.3 If a chargeback is found to be unfounded, or if you receive a refund from both us and your payment provider for the same transaction, you agree to repay the amount owed. We may suspend your account and decline future orders while a dispute is pending or if we determine a dispute was made in bad faith.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 The Services and all content on them, including trademarks, brand names, logos, text, images, graphics, photographs, video, audio, product names, product listings, reviews, and design elements, are owned by Orelune, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the United States and other countries.

8.2 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, scrape, frame, or transmit any material from the Services, including for use in advertising, product listings, or AI training datasets, without our prior written consent.

8.3 Purchasing a product does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the product, its design, packaging, or branding. Orelune’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Orelune or its affiliates or licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify’s name and marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.

8.4 All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8.5 Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@theorelune.shop that includes identification of the work, the infringing material and its location, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

9. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

9.1 If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any reviews, photos, videos, comments, ideas, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that Feedback, along with your first name or username, in any medium for any purpose, including advertising and commercial use.

9.2 You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback, including the rights of anyone shown in it; (b) your Feedback reflects your genuine, honest experience with the product; (c) you have disclosed any compensation, free product, discount, or other incentive you received in connection with it; and (d) your Feedback complies with these Terms and applicable law.

9.3 Your Feedback must not be false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or unlawful; must not infringe any third-party rights; and must not contain viruses or malware. You may not use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or mislead us or others about the origin of Feedback.

9.4 We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, compensate you for it, or respond to it. We may, but are not required to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine is unlawful, objectionable, or in violation of these Terms. We do not remove or suppress reviews based on whether they are positive or negative, except as permitted by law. You are solely responsible for your Feedback.

10. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

10.1 We may provide access to third-party tools, features, or services that we do not monitor or control. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

10.2 New features we offer in the future are part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk. Questions or claims about third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.

12. Relationship with Shopify

Orelune is powered by Shopify. When you use the Services, your device communicates with Shopify’s systems to deliver them. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Orelune. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Orelune, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Orelune.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects, uses, processes, and stores personal information about your access to and use of the Services, including transaction information, to provide, secure, and improve the Services, process transactions, and help prevent fraud. Information collected when you use the Services, including information collected automatically about your browsing activity, will be shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. Please review our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy policy for details.

14. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, to change or update information, and to cancel orders affected by errors, including after an order is submitted or payment is collected. If we cancel an order after payment is collected, we will refund the amount charged as required by applicable law. We are not obligated to honor prices or offers displayed in error.

15. Prohibited Uses

15.1 You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial, state, or local law or regulation; (c) to infringe our or others’ intellectual property rights; (d) to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited promotional material; (g) to impersonate any person or entity; (h) to place orders using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or to obtain refunds, replacements, or credits through false claims; (i) to purchase products for unauthorized resale; or (j) to engage in any conduct that restricts anyone’s use of the Services or that, as we determine, may harm Orelune, Shopify, or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.

15.2 You also agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track others’ personal information; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or pretext; (e) use any robot, spider, scraper, data extraction tool, automated process, or AI tool (including agentic AI) to access the Services, except as permitted under Section 16; or (f) interfere with, bypass, or circumvent security features, authorization measures, robot exclusion headers, or other access restrictions.

15.3 We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account or access, cancel pending orders, and refuse future orders at any time, without notice, if we reasonably determine you have violated these Terms.

16. Agents

16.1 This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with the Services. “Agent” means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, without direct supervision.

16.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with Section 16.4 at all times. No Agent may access the Services if we have asked it to refrain from doing so.

16.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, or interacts with the Services.

16.4 Agents must: (a) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify themselves as an Agent and disclose the Agent’s name by including “Agent/[agent name]” in the user agent string; (b) not conceal or obscure that access is from an Agent, including by mimicking human behavior or completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or other measures that distinguish humans from computers; (c) respond truthfully to any question asking whether interactions are from a human or a computer; and (d) not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit, or control Agent access.

16.5 You are responsible for all actions and orders taken by any Agent you deploy, as if you had taken them yourself.

17. Termination

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, and 17 through 30.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY ORELUNE IN WRITING, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

19. Limitation of Liability

19.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORELUNE, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

19.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

19.3 NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR NON-EXCLUDABLE CONSUMER GUARANTEES.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orelune, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms or any documents they incorporate; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; (c) your Feedback; (d) your misuse of any product, including use contrary to its directions or warnings; or (e) your access to and use of the Services. We will notify you of any claim, though failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor disputes, supply shortages, utility or telecommunications outages, cyber incidents, acts of war or terrorism, or governmental actions.

22. Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not purchase or export products in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions law. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. We may refuse or cancel orders to comply with these laws.

23. Informal Dispute Resolution

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at info@theorelune.shop. Before starting any arbitration or court proceeding (other than in small claims court), you and Orelune agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally. The party raising the dispute must send a written notice describing the nature and basis of the claim and the relief sought, including your name, email, and order number if applicable. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days after the notice is received, either party may begin formal proceedings. Any applicable limitations period is paused while this process is underway.

24. BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

24.1 Agreement to arbitrate. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW, YOU AND ORELUNE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT. This includes disputes about the scope, enforceability, or interpretation of this arbitration agreement, which the arbitrator will decide.

24.2 Rules and forum. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the arbitration is filed, available at www.adr.org. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section. Arbitration may be conducted by video conference, by phone, or based on written submissions, or, if an in-person hearing is required, in the county where you reside or another mutually agreed location. Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Consumer Rules.

24.3 Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and remains there, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

24.4 CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. YOU AND ORELUNE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS AND MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU AND ORELUNE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

24.5 Mass filings. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against Orelune by or with the assistance of the same or coordinated counsel, the demands will be administered in batches under the AAA’s mass arbitration procedures where available, and both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve them efficiently.

24.6 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@theorelune.shop with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out,” including your name, email address, and a clear statement that you opt out, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

24.7 Severability. If the class action waiver in Section 24.4 is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be severed and proceed in court, and the remainder will be arbitrated. If any other part of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

24.8 Jurisdictional exceptions. This Section 24 does not apply to consumers residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, or any other jurisdiction where pre-dispute consumer arbitration agreements or class action waivers are prohibited by law. Those consumers may bring claims in their local courts and rely on the mandatory consumer laws of their place of residence.

25. Time Limit for Claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any product must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.

26. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any claim not subject to arbitration, you and Orelune consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have to bring claims in your local courts or to rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

27. Additional Rights by Jurisdiction

27.1 Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those rights.

27.2 European Union and United Kingdom. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you benefit from the mandatory provisions of consumer law in your country of residence, including statutory rights relating to faulty goods and, where applicable, the right to cancel distance contracts. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

27.3 California. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

28. Electronic Communications and Signatures

By using the Services or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications electronically, including by email, in-account notice, or posting on the Services. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing, and that clicking to place an order or accept these Terms constitutes your electronic signature. Marketing communications are sent only with any consent required by law, and you may unsubscribe at any time. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

29. General Terms

29.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract; if any part of these Terms conflicts with those rights, those rights apply.

29.2 Waiver; entire agreement. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies posted on the Services are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, including prior versions of these Terms. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.

29.3 Assignment. You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms without notice or consent.

29.4 Translations. If these Terms are provided in another language, the most current English version prevails in the event of any conflict. Disputes will be conducted in English unless otherwise determined by Orelune or required by law.

29.5 Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

29.6 No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Orelune.

30. Changes to These Terms

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting the changes on the Services, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. We will notify you of material changes as required by applicable law. Changes take effect when posted unless a later date is specified, and the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Changes to Section 24 will not apply to disputes of which we had actual notice before the change.

31. Contact Information

Questions about these Terms should be sent to info@theorelune.shop.

Our contact information is also posted in our Contact Information policy.
